| Vintage Audio Refurb is a part of AudioRefurb.dk and was started by Jan Dupont with a view to saving the good classic audio gear produced in the 1970s and 80s. With 45 years of active experience, I have salvaged, repaired and restored many amplifiers and receivers from this period.I am a trained electronics technician with a great passion for HiFi and good sound, and have repaired and developed audio equipment all my adult life.
My specialty and love lies especially with the fantastic products from Sansui and Nikko from this period. Over the years I have built up a lot of experience in these two brands and if possible I only use original parts or new parts with equivalent or better characteristics. Good things take time, so don’t expect day-to-day service. I leave that to others. At the same time, it can take time to find the right spare parts if I don’t have them in stock.
